1. Why not just hire a full-time designer?
A senior can cost $100k+/year plus benefits, and you may not have constant demand. Our model gives you senior quality only when you need it.
2. Is there a limit to the number of design requests I can make?
• Monthly subscriptions: unlimited requests.
• One-time projects: the number of requests is limited to the approved scope.
We execute in a prioritized queue with one active task per seat.
3. How fast will I receive my designs?
First versions typically in 1–3 business days after project start/brief approval. Larger scopes may take longer; we confirm timelines upfront. Rush when feasible (may incur a fee).
4. What design tools do you use?
Figma; Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign); 3ds Max; Unreal Engine; Substance Painter; and others as needed.
5. How do I submit design requests?
Trello/WhatsApp are the official channels for requests, approvals, and tracking. You can attach Google Docs, wireframes, or Loom videos.
6. What if I’m not satisfied with the design?
We iterate until you’re 100% happy: unlimited on monthly plans; 2 rounds on one-time projects (extra rounds are quoted).
7. What’s not included?
Coding/backend/integrations; large-scale video production; high-end 2D character animation. For implementation, we coordinate with partner dev teams (separate budgets).
8. What if I only need a single design request?
No problem. We do one-time projects with a defined scope. You can also subscribe, use it intensively, then pause or cancel.
9. Do you offer refunds if I don’t like the service?
Yes, if the project hasn’t started. After start, payments are non-refundable. Subscription cancellations must be made 48 hours before renewal.

14. What is the best way to communicate with you?

15. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes—upgrade anytime; downgrade before the next billing cycle.
16. Are source files included in the deliveries?

17. Do you offer rush deliveries for urgent projects?
When feasible, yes—within 24h for select requests. A rush fee may apply.
18. Can I request revisions after a project is completed?
With an active subscription, yes. For one-time projects, 2 rounds are included; further updates are quoted or require reactivation.
19. Do you sign NDAs for confidential projects?
